Thanks for the link. Though I would disagree with the writer in the third paragraph when she calls the anti sealing groups environmentalists, nothing is further from the truth. The seal hunt and all of the "causes" animal rights groups are not environmental issues. She also states that seals are not eaten. While we do not kill them primarily for the meat it would seem the writer is falling prey to the misinformation she makes reference to as a large portion of the meat is consumed locally. Other than that I think she has a very good idea. Something similar was done for a cookbook in Europe which the EU funded. The next year they are banning seal products from Canada.
